The aim of the competition is to find universal facade and planning solutions for residential development in Saint Petersburg.
The project was developed based on the analysis and reinterpretation of planning and compositional principles of the Soviet architectural tradition.
The main goal of the project is to create a full-fledged urban environment that demonstrates compositional clarity, calm dignity and a sense of human respect.
